Property Management Roundtable Lunch
Reduce Energy Waste. Take Advantage of Rebates.
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 | 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The IREM Education Committee invites you to the upcoming free-of-charge roundtable Reduce Energy Rates & Take Advantage of Rebates on February 7, held at the IREM office (Click here for directions).
Did you know you can reduce your energy costs, reduce your impact on the environment, and get a rebate for part of the installation costs? Not to mention an energy analysis at no cost. There are practical, cost-effective programs out there. You just need to find out where your energy consumption can be improved and what you can do within your budget.
We have invited Erik Ennen to join us in this energy saving discussion so we can learn more about the changes we can make and the rebates available.
Erik Ennen is a Facility Services Manager at the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE). He works with many government and business clients to assess their lighting systems to identify more efficient alternatives. He has implemented energy savings projects from small (10 lighting fixtures) to large (31 high rise buildings) over the past 10 years and developed short term and long term energy saving strategies.
