On Tuesday, Oct. 6,
IREM Chapter 45 will visit Midtown Exchange. This visit will feature a
presentation given by Rick Collins, vice president of development for Ryan
Companies US, Inc. Following the presentation, attendees will have the chance
to tour the building and will get to see many of the facilities in this
multi-use building. Tours will be given from a property manager or a facility
manager perspective. This program will be limited to 80 attendees.
